All UK Orders are sent out using a fully tracked and signed
for next day delivery service. Providing the ordered products are in stock and the order
is received before 15:00 the order will be despatched same day for delivery between 08:00
and 18:00 the next working day. Any order received after 15:00 will be despatched the
following working day.
If any products are not in stock we will contact you by phone or email to advise of an
expected due date. If the due date is longer than 7 days of the order being placed you will
have the option to cancel that part of the order.
RETURNS INFORMATION
PARTS INCORRECTLY ORDERED
When placing an order through the Zoom Car Parts Website please ensure you purchase the
correct part for your car. Please ensure you are sure you want to purchase the item before
submitting your order. It is your responsibility as the customer to be sure the item is the
part you want. Alternatively contact the manufacturer. Zoom Car Parts will not
accept any cancellation, exchange or refund for any product ordered through your error.
DAMAGED GOODS
All UK orders are sent out with limited compensation against transit damage. If any part of
your order was damaged in transit then we need to be notified within 24hrs of you receiving
delivery. All goods must be inspected as soon as they arrive while the driver is still
present. If there is any damage the delivery must be signed as DAMAGED. If the delivery is
signed for before the item is inspected and damage is later found no claim can be made.
